The purpose of processing your personal data is to provide you with the opportunity to make charitable contributions for the needs indicated on the Website.
Your personal data is processed for the period of your communication with the Controller, as well as the time required for reporting on charitable assistance and displaying your image as a donor.
Your personal data is processed in a form that allows your identification for no longer than necessary according to the purpose of processing. If you refuse to provide personal data, you will not be able to make a charitable donation.
You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data without stating reasons. To withdraw consent, you need to contact the Controller at the contact details provided in this Policy. Upon withdrawal of consent, the Controller is required to stop processing personal data, which will mean your refusal to display your image on the website and to continue interacting with the website.
Your personal data is collected by voluntarily providing personal data on the website.
Your personal data may be changed, deleted, or destroyed at your request in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation. Changes to your personal data are made based on a motivated written request.
To fulfill the purpose of data processing, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data internationally (to a foreign individual or legal entity) or locally.
The Controller may delegate data processing to another person based on a contract, unless otherwise provided by Ukrainian law. If the Controller determines that personal data is incomplete, incorrect, or outdated, it must supplement, change, or delete it, regardless of whether you have requested relevant amendments.
The processing of your personal data is carried out transparently, with means and methods that correspond to the defined processing goals, in compliance with current legislation. Processing of your personal data is conducted under the terms stated in this Policy.
The Controller ensures the security of your personal data by taking specific technical protective measures, including measures against unauthorized (including physical) access to the processed personal data and ensuring the proper functioning of the technical and software systems used to process personal data.
Your personal data is processed in a way that prevents third-party access. The Controller undertakes technical, organizational, personnel, and legal measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, collection, storage, use, transfer, blocking, or destruction, as well as from other unlawful actions.
The provisions of this Policy may be changed by the Controller, who will notify you through appropriate communication channels. Providing consent for data processing after such changes constitutes your agreement to the changes.
